Risk of Loss: Please be aware that the risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means once we hand your GPU or hardware to the shipping company, it is technically your responsibility if it gets lost or damaged in transit.

If the package arrives visibly damaged: Please refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then, contact us immediately.

If your tracking status shows as "delivered" but you have not received the item, you must contact the courier directly first to investigate. 1LinkCore cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
